TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve your city tour a deposit of 50% is necessary and a confirmation of the booking by phone or e-mail at least 48h before the commencement of the chosen tour.
Supplementary hours are charged pro rata after a quarter-hour grace period, i.e. if you purchase a three-hour tour and extend the tour by one hour, there is a supplement of quarter of the original price.
Prices include taxes and the services described and agreed upon for the particular visit.
On certain city tours public transport is used and all tickets will be included in the tour price.
Other forms of transport are provided by insured professional companies who are licensed to perform tourist transport and carry all liabilities. Surf@ acts only as an intermediary between these companies and the customer.
Guiding services are provided legally through Surf@ small business for Tourist Services and IT.
Booking at a short notice is possible if we are available.

Client Cancellation and refund:

Without confirmation of the booking by phone or e-mail at least 48h before the commencement of your chosen city tour - we will consider the booking void;
50% deposit for tailor - made tours is non - refundable and covers city tour planning, administration fees and bank charges;
up to 48h before - 70% of the service price;
up to 12h before - 80% of the service price;
on the day - no refund.

Our Cancellation:

Private Guide Zagreb team will try strongly not to cancel your sightseeing tour for any reason. Before we cancel the tour we will try to find an appropriate alternative (date/ guide) and the client will be notified in advance. If the client does not agree with the alternative, we will fully refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full settlement to our clients.
In the event that we must cancel a particular sightseeing tour for any reason, and can not agree or find an alternative, we will fully refund the tour price and such refund shall constitute full settlement to our clients. Surf@ is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a client due to a cancelled tour, e.g. purchase of more expensive tours, delays, additional lodging…
Surf@ is not responsible for cancellation of a service offered by a third-party provider (museum, theatre, etc… ).

Our liability:

We shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer only to the extent that we are ourselves liable under Croatian Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract and are subject exclusively to Croatian Law and jurisdiction.
All legitimate complaints are to be submitted within 10 days after the provided service.
We will answer all valid complaints within 15 days after the receipt.
